Dental Assistant

As a dental assistant with more than 20 years of experience, it is my goal to make our patients feel comfortable as I assist Dr. Sheldon during exams and treatments, review pre- and post-operative care, and provide information about general oral health. I enjoy all aspects of being a dental assistant, but especially making a difference in a person’s smile. Our patients are wonderful people and have entrusted us with their health. It’s a big responsibility, but one I truly appreciate.

Although I am dedicated to my work, I also enjoy spending time with my loved ones and exploring new things in life.

Office Manager

While it is my first time working in the dental field, I have years of experience working in the hospital setting. I worked at Children’s Hospital Boston in the area of patient education and at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center as the program coordinator for the depression center. Now, working alongside my husband, Dr. Matt Sheldon, I feel I have a new way of positively impacting people’s lives. I graduated from the University of Florida, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Health Science. I completed my Master of Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts with specialties in the areas of healthcare administration, marketing, and internet marketing.

My experience in the healthcare setting has given me an appreciation for patient education. I believe that empowering a patient with knowledge about their health can help improve their lives. I also hope to create a comforting and enjoyable experience for Dr. Sheldon’s patients at our office.
